ALL CUSTOM ENGRAVED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE — NO EXCHANGES
Our jewelry is individually made-to-order for each customer. Due to the custom nature of these products, exchanges are not available under any circumstances. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Engraving text submitted incorrectly by the customer
Please review all order details carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, engraving cannot be modified.

ENGRAVING POLICY — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
1. Text Is Engraved Exactly As Entered
We engrave your text verbatim as submitted. We do NOT correct spelling, spacing, capitalization, or punctuation errors. What you type is what gets engraved.
Example: "Forever & Always" will be engraved exactly as typed — including any typos or spacing.
2. Supported Language & Font
Engraving is available in English only. All engraving is applied in standard serif font by default. Special decorative fonts, emoji, emoticons, and non-standard symbols are NOT supported.
✅ Supported: Standard keyboard characters (A–Z, 0–9, basic punctuation: . , & ' -)
❌ Not supported: Emoji, emoticons, special decorative fonts, symbols outside standard keyboard
3. Front / Back Designation
For dual-sided engraving, clearly specify "Front:" and "Back:" for each line of text. If designation is unclear or missing, we will engrave at our discretion. No refund or redo will be provided for placement issues arising from ambiguous instructions.
4. No Engraving Text Provided
If the engraving field is left blank, your item will be shipped WITHOUT engraving. Re-engraving after shipment requires the customer to cover round-trip international shipping (US ↔ Korea) plus a re-engraving fee.
5. All Custom Engraved Items Are Final Sale
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for: change of mind, wrong size selected, or engraving errors submitted by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES — NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Gift packaging or custom-made items
- Items purchased with a discount or promotion
- Items where the return window has passed
- Minor scratches or surface marks consistent with the nature of metal jewelry
- Minor color differences or size variations within ±1–2 cm tolerance
- Items where the customer did not disclose a known allergy or sensitivity prior to purchase
- Used, worn, or damaged items due to customer misuse
- All custom engraved items (see above)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES — ELIGIBLE CASES & PROCESS
To be eligible, ALL of the following must apply:
1. Item must be returned in original OPP/protective packaging. Do not discard packaging until you have confirmed the item is correct.
2. Contact us BEFORE opening if you suspect an issue.
3. Review all product photos and descriptions carefully before opening — listed product characteristics are not grounds for return once the item has been opened.
Process:
- Manufacturing defects or items not matching the product description must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos sent to ttingni@naver.com.
- Do not ship items back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items returned used, worn, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Scratches occurring after use are wear and are not eligible for exchange.
- Scratches or defects present upon delivery must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Shipping Costs:
- If return/exchange is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect): we cover shipping.
- If due to customer preference or customer error: customer covers round-trip international shipping (US ↔ Korea).

RETURN WINDOW & AUTOMATIC REJECTION
Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted when:
- Request is made after the return window (48 hours for defects; 14 days for non-personalized items from delivery date — weekends and Korean public holidays excluded)
- Item has been used, worn, or altered
- Original OPP/protective packaging has been discarded
- Item shows signs of prior secondhand use or resale
- Package was opened despite visible outer damage, without contacting us first

SIZING & COLOR DISCLAIMER
- Measurements: Product dimensions may have a tolerance of ±1–2 cm depending on measurement method.
- Colors: Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device display and photography lighting. Minor color variation is not a defect and does not qualify for return or exchange.

PRODUCT CARE & STORAGE
- Extended wear may cause coating to wear off over time. This is normal product aging and is not a manufacturing defect.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If wet, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.
- Store in a ziplock or airtight bag when not in use to prevent oxidation and maintain finish.

PRODUCT SAFETY WARNINGS
⚠️ Choking Hazard: Keep all jewelry components away from children under 3 years of age. Small pendants and clasps present a choking risk.
⚠️ Strangulation Risk: Do not allow pets to wear necklaces or chains while unsupervised, sleeping, or during activities where the chain may catch on objects. Always monitor your pet while wearing the product.
⚠️ Pet Wear Safety: Our products are designed to be worn by pets. However, please remove the collar tag or necklace when your pet is unsupervised, sleeping, or in situations where the chain may catch on objects. Regularly inspect the product for damage or deformation and replace immediately if needed. We are not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised wear or misuse of our products.
⚠️ Material & Allergy Notice: Our products are primarily made from Surgical Steel (316L Stainless Steel), a skin-friendly material with low nickel release. However, in rare cases, metal sensitivity reactions may occur. If your pet shows signs of skin irritation (itching, rash, hair loss), discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian. We are not liable for allergic reactions in pets or persons that were not disclosed prior to purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTN: KR Korean Custom Jewelry's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item. We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
