PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Korean weekends or public holidays.

- Standard Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

- Estimated delivery to the United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, international routing, or US Customs processing. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All orders ship internationally from South Korea. Shipments may be subject to US import duties, customs fees, or state/local taxes upon entry. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). If a package is held or returned by customs due to customer refusal to pay duties, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

TRACKING

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us at ttingni@naver.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
